If you find that you are not satisfied with your item, you can reach us via email / phone call. We will then respond with a returns code to return the item to us for a refund.
This item comes with 6 -12 Month as specified in tittle USMAC return to base warranty and Apple remaining warranty (to give you complete confidence). The warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by the user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system files. After the first 60 days, the warranty will cover Hardware problems only NOT the battery. Please keep in mind no other companies cover hardware they just cover Labour.

Returns will be processed within 24 hours once received at our warehouse (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know your parcel has been received & a refund or exchange has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.

Cancellations / Non-faulty returns
If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of invoice.
Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.
To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused, without installation or data input
- In the same condition as supplied to you
- Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
- With the original box and unopened packaging
Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 30 days if any of the above criteria are not met.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:
- When the product seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games
- On any personal hygiene products such as shavers, hair care products
- On headphones, where the seal on the packaging is broken
- If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new
If a product is returned as unwanted, but the above conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.
Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.
Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than Manufacturer will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.
All warranties are non-transferrable.

Warranties
All Product with latest models comes with a RTB 12 month warranty
All Old model equipment warranty come with 3 or 6 months Warranty
All items with Manufacturer Warranty not acceptable if any thing wrong contact directly with Apple or item manufacturer.
All Brand new items Or CPO packed items Return is only acceptable if its in same seal condition after opening if any thing wrong contact with Apple or manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by user and no warranty for software installed.
Battery warranty is only for 1st 60 days after that battery does not cover under warranty.
Accessories come with product like charger, cable, plug or headphone only cover for 30 days.
Any accidental damage, liquid damage, damage with mishandling of item or due to pressure on screen damage does not cover under warranty.
Faulty products
USMAC store provides a 3 month to 12 month warranty on ALL faulty small box products and pristine large appliances, applicable from the date of payment.

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we may offer repair or an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange we order faulty part and it may take some time to

Exchanges
The UsMac store sells some end-of-line products, so this type of stock is limited and we may not have a direct replacement available for an exchange.
If replacement is available and we accept it’s our fault we do swap of product with DPD swap service.
All exchanges are at the discretion of USMAC/COSMAC stores.
The exchange of CD’s, DVD’s and computer software may be restricted to the same product.
Refunds
Your PayPal account will be refunded once we have received your return.
In all cases, goods must be received before refunds are given.
We’ll email you once our warehouse receives the item it normally take 24-48Hrs.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of us confirming we have received the item. You will receive an email confirming your return has been received and a refund has been processed.
Express delivery costs will only be refunded if you notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery, and
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received a damaged item.
- You received a faulty item.
