  • Please make sure there is no liquid spillage or accidental damage to the item as it will void the warranty.
  • You can save your data, it may lost during the repair. 
  • Item will only be repaired if covers under 12/6 months warranty (For out of warranty item needs to pay parts cost plus labour).  
  • Please note you are responsible for shipping the item back to us under repair policy. Once the item is repaired, we will pay to get the item shipped back to you.
